Welcome to Aunt Bucky’s blog. We are glad to announce our New Blog: “Aunt Bucky’s Blog” and our new Winter/Spring 2009 Collection. We have worked hard & fast nearly 24-7 for the last 10 months to make our passion come to life and paying tribute to what we love: Family/Design/Ritual and most of all Sewing, which we are so blessed to have learned from our Granny.

Well here it is, the new Home page of our official website: www.AuntBucky.com. Our little model ‘miss E’ is really growing up fast and we love that she now wears our “Little Sis” size sMock Dress as a true tunic/smock! She looks so darn cute with her jeans and our smock as she struts her stuff in the Park! Please visit our website and enjoy all of Aunt Bucky’s new designs.

What a nice surprise to find that Apartment Therapy wrote about Weego Baby boutique in Santa Monica, California! They sell Aunt Bucky’s Decor Shadow Pillows at their new modern baby store in the cool area of Santa Monica-Main Street. They also sell Aunt Bucky’s sMock Dresses. Aunt Bucky’s pillows look great in the photo that Apartment chose to use for their site! Aunt Bucky’s family, Rebecca and Whitney were very lucky to have met alot of great people at the ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas in September 2008. So many nice words were shared from so many people, mostly that Aunt Bucky’s designs, quality of craftsmanship, Aunt Bucky’s concept/ideas were one-of-a-kind and beautiful. One of the indiviuals met by Aunt Bucky’s family was Tina Barry, a children’s marketplace writer from New York City. She has an online column, “The Online Guide to the Children’s Marketplace” at www.jamesgirone.com. Tina loved Aunt Bucky’s collection: Bedding | Decor | Apparel  and gave alot of positive feedback which was very encouraging. Thankyou Tina for choosing Aunt Bucky as one of your “What’s New” choices at the ABC Kids show. The ABC show is a huge show-thousands of exhibitors and Tina found Aunt Bucky! Thankyou Tina and James.

Weego Baby also carries Aunt Bucky’s Decor Shadow Pillows, as seen in Apartment Therapy recently.

Aunt Bucky recently finished uploading all of her Winter/Spring Collection to her Etsy site and someone has blogged that Granny Garden Bumper Set is pretty darn cute-like-retro-style! We at Aunt Bucky, want to thank Chris at Shop Indie Online for posting one of Aunt Bucky’s fav in her new collection: Granny Garden Bumper Set.

I happen to go to the front page of esty.com today and actually looked at the various links to different front page features. I saw the Editor Pick link and was curious to see what Editors pick, well they pick Aunt Bucky. There we were in the Editor’s Pick photo gallery, our little  Sherbert Orange organic crib sheet! Well, I must say, I don’t know what this Editor’s Pick is about??? Does anyone??? But at least Aunt Bucky is getting some attention by nearly being on the front page of Etsy, well at least a link! So we hope it brings us more fans!

What a nice email to have sent to us yesterday….An esty seller chose us for one of their Treasury Picks! Just as Aunt Bucky loves turquoise and red combos, so does Etsy seller, Skylark Dawn.

Well today, I had time to look at Etsy.com’s blog The Storque, and I couldn’t believe it but there was Aunt Bucky’s ‘Sherbert Fall’ crib sheet in an Etsy editor story about upcoming Shower season in regards to new babies and all….Wow, this is really nice! Thanks Bethela for choosing to use one of Aunt Bucky’s crib sheets!

HGtv.ca likes Aunt Bucky’s studio! They are featuring Aunt Bucky’s studio on their blog in a competition called  “Storage Solutions”.

LMNOP an online magazine for hip, stylish parents and their children current issue is featuring Weego Baby the new offspring of Weego Home in Santa Monica, CA.
